Organizations and individuals bought extra tickets for employees, friends and just because. The help that we received from everyone was overwhelming. Kara, whom I had never met, called me after she had heard about the cause through the band and offered her service for photography. Guess what the only area that I didn’t have covered was-you got it. I am waiting for her photos – apparently she took over 400 pictures and busy editing them to share. I will send them out when we get them. All of these people make the Love House Kids Program what it is- a whole bunch of love for kids that don’t know us but need us.

Many of our people got to meet Cheri Bjournsrud from Southwest Leadership Foundation. She is the vice president for the foundation and one of the foundations that we have thrown much of our support behind. This lady is so spiritually driven for the cause and to serve these kids that on your down day, Cheri is going to ignite your desire to do more. I feel just blessed to have been introduced to her.

Thanks to all of these people that gave unconditionally and went a zillion miles out of their way to be part of this event- we were able to net $13,200 dollars for the kids. Once again I feel the need to thank Manish owner of Gatesix.com for DONATING this site and made it possible for people to donate and pay for silent auction prizes on line. He tore down the barriers and made it possible to get money for our kids.  We are investigating some special projects to help our kids and when we decide on which ones we can afford, we will keep you in the loop as to where your money and your efforts are being channeled. Remember, it is all going to the kids. We take nothing for salaries or admin fees.
